InfluxJuice had a strong service offer for law firms, but no consistent way to reach them. We built a custom outbound system targeting solo and small-firm attorneys across English-speaking markets, set up dedicated infrastructure, and ran multi-step sequences with hand-personalized opening lines.

InfluxJuice came to us six months into building their service. They knew their offer worked, early clients were converting and renewing, but their pipeline was 100% referral-driven. Founder Rob Wynn was spending more time on outreach than on delivery, and the channels he'd tried so far weren't scaling:

We sourced attorneys across 6+ databases, then enriched and filtered each prospect manually, practice area, firm size, geography, recent hiring signals, until every contact actually fit the offer.
Dedicated sending infrastructure
Three separate sending domains, each warmed for 12 days before any cold contact. Volume distributed so no single mailbox sent more than 30 emails/day. Zero impact on the InfluxJuice primary domain.
Personalized, human-written copy
Every email opened with a multi-sentence reference to the prospect's actual practice, not a templated mail-merge token. Every reply (positive or negative) was answered by a human who matched the brand voice.
90 days, week by week.
ICP workshop & infrastructure setup
Joint workshop to sharpen the ICP and offer angle. Three sending domains purchased, configured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up started.
List building & copy drafted
2,400 prospects enriched and filtered. Three opening-line angles tested in a 5-step sequence, written from scratch for InfluxJuice's voice.
Soft launch + iteration
First 600 prospects emailed across two angles. First 4 positive replies came in by day 18. Subject line iterations doubled the open rate by week 4.
Volume scaled, reply triage refined
Daily volume scaled to 90 contacts. Reply triage process tightened, positive replies routed to the calendar within 2 hours, objection-handling templates added.
Steady-state pipeline
Campaign settled into a steady rhythm: ~2 booked meetings per week, ~3 qualified leads on top. Weekly performance reports + bi-weekly strategy calls.
