A great offer with nowhere to land.

The offer worked, early clients were converting and renewing, but the pipeline was 100% referrals. Founder Rob Wynn spent more time on outreach than delivery, and nothing he'd tried was scaling:

  • LinkedIn outreach was hitting connection limits before it found product-market fit.
  • Paid ads bled budget without producing meetings with the right kind of attorneys.
  • Hiring an SDR meant a 4-6 month ramp before the first qualified meeting.

The brief: book qualified meetings with attorneys actively spending on growth, in a market big enough to scale into. Within 90 days.

Tight ICP, hand-built lists

Attorneys sourced across 6+ databases, then enriched and filtered by hand, practice area, firm size, geography, hiring signals, until every contact fit the offer.

Dedicated sending infrastructure

Three separate sending domains, each warmed 12 days before any cold contact, capped at 30 emails/day per mailbox. Zero impact on the primary domain.

Personalized, human-written copy

Every email opened with a real reference to the prospect's practice, not a mail-merge token. Every reply, positive or negative, was answered by a human in the brand voice.

Week 1

ICP workshop & infrastructure setup

Joint workshop to sharpen the ICP and offer angle. Three sending domains purchased, configured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and warm-up started.

Week 2

List building & copy drafted

2,400 prospects enriched and filtered. Three opening-line angles tested in a 5-step sequence, written from scratch for InfluxJuice's voice.

Week 3-4

Soft launch + iteration

First 600 prospects emailed across two angles. First 4 positive replies came in by day 18. Subject line iterations doubled the open rate by week 4.

Week 5-8

Volume scaled, reply triage refined

Daily volume scaled to 90 contacts. Reply triage process tightened, positive replies routed to the calendar within 2 hours, objection-handling templates added.
