Proof, not promises

42,396 cold emails. Here is what came back.

Most agencies show you testimonials. We would rather show you the actual emails our system wrote, and the replies they got, word for word.

0142,396Emails sent

Individually written cold emails sent from live client campaigns. Every opening line is researched and written for one specific person, not merged from a template.

022,931Replies back

A 6.9% reply rate across every campaign we have ever run, auto-responders included. 229 of those were people asking to see more, talk, or book.

0356Meetings booked

Real calendar invites accepted by real decision makers, booked straight out of the inbox by the reply agent that handles the conversation after the first response.

Measured from the production database on 28 August 2026. Not a projection.

The part we like most

Three of the agencies we run campaigns for first replied to one of these emails.

On 2 July 2026 three agency founders replied to the same Automatevo campaign, each to an email written specifically for them. All three had signed within five days. We did not find them at a conference or buy them from a directory. The machine on this page found them.

Straight from the inbox

The email. Then the reply.

Top half of each card is what we sent. Bottom half is what came back, unedited.

We sentyour estate planning tiers

You offer a tiered structure with Family, Trust, and Wealth plans instead of a one size fits all approach. That makes the entry point a lot less intimidating for new clients.

They replied
I appreciate you looking into [our firm] — and you're absolutely right about how people find lawyers now. Yeah, I'd like to see that site audit. We've been focused on organic reach through our newsletter and community networking, but I know we're leaving visibility on the table. Give me a call or send over what you found, and let's talk about what realistic improvements look like.

How to read this page

  • The replies are verbatim. Nothing is paraphrased, rewritten or composited. We trim signatures, quoted threads and phone numbers, and nothing else.
  • The emails are the real ones. Each opening line is exactly what the system generated and sent to that person, pulled from the campaign record.
  • People are anonymised, details are not. First name and last initial only, company names replaced with a [bracketed] descriptor. The specific detail we referenced stays, because that detail is the entire point.
  • The reply rate includes auto-responders. 6.9% is every reply of any kind. The number that matters to us is the 229 people who asked to see more, and the 56 who took a meeting.
  • These are the good ones. This is a curated selection, not a random sample. Plenty of people ignored us, and some told us to get lost.

Want this pointed at your market?

Tell us who you sell to. We will show you the list we would build and the first emails we would write, before you pay anything.
